RingCentral | Add members to Call Queue

Symptoms

A phone or extension doesn't ring when a call comes into the queue.
A new user/phone needs to be added to the call queue.


Resolution

1. Log into the RingCentral admin console.
2.  Go to the "Phone System" tab, select "Groups"


3. Select the call queue that you want to configure.
4. It will show you how many members are added in the "Call queue members" section
5. Click on "Call queue members" if you want to add a member/extension to the call queue.

6. Click on save.
